In 2018, during the Eurasian Women's Forum ( the participants of the international debate club "Women-Governors - Strategy for Regional Efficiency and Development" adopted the declaration of intent to establish Eurasian Association of Women – Regional Leaders (hereinafter referred to as "the Association"). They agreed to "coordinate their positions" at the forum and other events with the participation of women regional leaders on a regular basis, including using the Internet portal "Eurasian Association of Women-Regional Leaders" ( Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra Natalia Komarova coordinates the project. The purpose of the Association - promotion of the dialogue between women-regional leaders of the Russian Federation and other countries, knowledge, experience and ideas exchange through the implementation of various projects. The Association activity is based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the provisions of the Strategy of Spatial Development of the Russian Federation until 2025, the National Action Strategy for Women and other federal and international strategic documents. The report "Future of Jobs" ("The Future of Job Opportunities in 2020") of the World Economic Forum (WEF) points out that the COVID-19 pandemic amplified the inequality in the labour market, for the first time since 2008-2009 crisis it has halted the growth of the employment and accelerated the development of the 4th industrial revolution and global digitalization. Nowadays, companies are mostly interested in the cloud-based computing and technologies related to big data and e-commerce. The interest to encoding, robotization and artificial intelligence has inclined. 84% of employers are already intending to digitalize a lot of work processes including a significant promotion of the remote work. 44% of the labour force could possibly switch to work remotely due to not only digitalization but also the pandemic. Taking into concideration the trends of December, 2020, it was decided to hold an international discussion club "Women's Influence on World Regional Development during the COVID-19 pandemic and post-pandemic period" under support of the Eurasian Women's Forum Council, together with a state corporation VEB.RF, in partnership with UNIDO, World Communication Forum Association Davos. It has resulted in the decision to conduct the meetings of the discussion club on various aspects on a regular basis within the international platforms, exchange the experience of overcoming the consequences of the pandemic in the labour market, best practices in providing employment in terms of the changing nature of the labour market , digitalization of the economy, development of alternative forms of labour organization, replication of successful projects on the development of social and soft infrastructure including the application of the resourses on the webite "Eurasian Association of Women-Regional Leaders". In accordance with the decisions made in March, 2021 on the sidelines of "International Youth Scientific and Practical Forum "Oil Capital", a round table "Women's Leadership in the Fuel and Energy Complex (FEC)" was held with the participation of heads of FEC enterprises. The agreements on the promotion of training programs for women in the field of fuel and energy were reached. On June, 16, 2021, during the XII International IT Forum with the participation of the BRICS and SCO countries, it is planned to hold a discussion club of the Association on the topic "Digitalization of work processes. Transformation of the Women's Employment During the Pandemic and Post-Pandemic Period". The agenda of the discussion club includes the job creation, women's and youth employment, the development of digital technologies, alternative forms of labour organization and sources of employment during the pandemic and in the post-epidemic period. The discussion club is concidered to result in the proposals for the resolution of the Eurasian Women's Forum, which will be held on October 13-15, 2021 in St. Petersburg. Program
