The results of the project “Women's Leadership” of the Public Diplomacy Foundation “Eurasian Association of Regional Women Leaders” have been summarized
The Public Diplomacy Foundation “Eurasian Association of Women Regional Leaders” summarized the results of the launch of a new project on leadership development “Women's Leadership.”
The mission of the project is to support the participants on the way of scaling their projects through their participation in the accelerator program, which will increase the number of women working on the creation of social projects and interested in the development of entrepreneurship.
As a result of the project 45 female graduates fr om Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, Republic of Belarus, Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics presented social projects, received training on professional skills and leadership qualities.
“Yesterday, the presentation of projects was held, wh ere the participants demonstrated knowledge, skills, creative potential, which they learned from the educational project. The girls are prepared, they are ready to implement social projects at regional and federal levels. Such projects once again prove that we are surrounded by strong women who take up socially significant ideas and bring them to life,” Irina Gaichentseva, General Director of the Public Diplomacy Foundation “Eurasian Association of Regional Women Leaders” said.
The international project “Women's Leadership Accelerator” is an educational program for female entrepreneurs and executives of non-profit organizations, aimed at involving participants in project activities at the international level.
