The finale of the project "My Leadership Diary" took place in Khanty-Mansiysk
In Khanty-Mansiysk, the State Library of Ugra hosted the finale of the project of the Eurasian Association of Women Regional Leaders Public Diplomacy Foundation "My Leadership Diary.”
More than 40 girls took part in the educational program, where each of the participants is an aspiring entrepreneur or a future head of a non-profit organization, an activist, a member of a public organization. At the end of the training course, the participants will receive personalized certificates from the curators.
"These are curators who conduct trainings, personal growth forums, help develop business and communication skills. We mostly worked on the mistakes that stop us from moving forward and taking leadership roles in our projects," said Anna Firsova, a participant in the project.
The event was attended by Director of the Ugra Youth Center Vitaly Andreev, lecturer of the Russian Society "Knowledge" Vladimir Khanzhin, founder and director of the non-profit organization for promoting culture, education and literacy of the population "Intellectual Potential,” head of the Department of Educational work and Youth Policy, Vice-rector for Educational Work and Youth Policy of Surgut State Pedagogical University Roman Voiko.
The participants asked questions on the topics of leadership among women, motivation, goal setting and social responsibility in the form of a talk show "Leaders of Mars and Venus.”
"More than 50 female students and activists took part in our program. Representatives of the youth wing of the public organization "Belarusian Union of Women,” Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics took part in the online form of the event. I am sure that the girls will have a bright future. They are already becoming leaders of their teams and youth directions. The main thing is to "play" with a taste for life. I wish you great luck, we will follow your progress," Irina Gaichentseva, Director General of the Eurasian Association of Women Regional Leaders Public Diplomacy Foundation, shared her impressions.
