The project was presented at the plenary session “Digitalization of work processes. Transformation of women's employment during a pandemic, in the post-period ”, which took place in Khanty-Mansiysk on the sidelines of the XII International IT Forum. The Governor said that an initiative is being implemented in Ugra to systematically train the digital competencies of women who are on parental leave, have minor children and are not in labor relations. New competencies allow you to master specialties in the areas of management of e-sports events, graphic design, interaction with the public on the Internet. “We are confident that there will be demand for such competencies, and this confidence is based on the analysis of big data,” noted Natalya Komarova. - This is also facilitated by legislative decisions on fixing remote work in the Labor Code, which were timely adopted in our country. This format of relationships is interesting for both women and the companies themselves. " Natalia Komarova proposed to develop a platform for interaction between companies operating in the regions of presence of the Eurasian Women's Association for hiring and organizing remote employment of women with children. The Governor also noted that the Eurasian Union of Women Regional Leaders in Khanty-Mansiysk is developing proposals related to the digitalization of work processes, which will be presented during the third Eurasian Women's Forum in St. Petersburg.
